1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing from the FikaPapers website (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Customer") and FikaPapers. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or make purchases from our Site.

2. Products and Orders

FikaPapers sells notebooks & journals, planners & calendars, writing instruments, and stationery accessories. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or product information. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies, or inventory limitations.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FikaPapers and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total cumulative liability for any claims related to these Terms or your orders shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the FikaPapers Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, product designs, and software, is the exclusive property of FikaPapers or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "FikaPapers" name and logo, and all related product and service names are proprietary trademarks. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use may violate law and result in legal action.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned items must be in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items or personalized/customized products are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.

6. General Provisions

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such posting constitutes acceptance. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and FikaPapers regarding the Site.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
