Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Methods & Destinations

We currently offer one reliable shipping method to ensure clarity and consistency for all our customers:

  • Standard Shipping: This service is available for all domestic and international orders. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Please note that we do not offer free shipping or expedited shipping options at this time.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on the weight of your items and the delivery address. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures for international orders or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

International Orders & Customs

Customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to FikaPapers. We cannot predict or control these fees, and we are not liable for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipping at an additional cost.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse it or note the damage with the carrier. For any issues with lost or damaged shipments, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and assist you with a resolution.
