At FikaPapers, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds for our range of notebooks, journals, planners, calendars, writing instruments, and stationery accessories.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact and included.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Please note that personalized, customized, or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, written in, or show signs of wear.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care.
  • Digital download products.
  • Gift cards.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team within the 30-day window. We do not operate a self-service returns portal.

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account after processing.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your orders. If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
